CVT Prepaid Solutions, Inc. is the world's leading company
exclusively focused on providing professional services and manufacturing for
the prepaid calling industry. As part of our mantra, our core values include
Community Service programs. As our first such program, we are seeking
educational and civic organizations to nominate individuals who wish to share
their creativity and talents with us by creating the next innovative design for
our future prepaid cards. We are sponsoring an award program for talented
artists who can produce the most creative design for our phone cards. There are
four markets that we want to focus on in our product lines and they are
Mexican, Hispanic (DR & Latin America), African, and Asian. Some examples
of our cards can be seen on our website at

General Instructions:
Deadline for admission is March 1 for 2006 designs. Applications received after
will be accepted and reviewed on a as needed basis. All designs must be
submitted in a form of a .jpeg or .pdf file. Mailed materials will not be
accepted or returned. For further information on how to best proceed with this

Award:
If a student's creation is chosen, they will receive a $500 check and will be
required to sign off the rights of their design to CVT. We will contact the
winners once we select a design in each of the four markets.
Nomination Rules:

Must be U.S. Citizens or permanent residents of the U.S.

Must be additionally sponsored by guardian if under 18 years of age.

Individuals may self-nominate themselves from a sponsoring institution.

As the sponsor of this award, CVT has the following rights which may be
exercised at their sole discretion:

To declare any entry ineligible if it does not comply with the nomination rules
and procedures;

To retain all rights and use and reproduction of the design;

To use the winners' name, photograph, and biographical information in any form
of media relating to the Award.
